Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Radiance Solar LLC designs, develops and installs solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and utility customers throughout the US. Radiance Solar’s mission is to aggressively lower solar installed costs through value engineering and innovative construction techniques to bring reliable, affordable solar within reach of every electricity user.
It’s our goal to become the trusted source for quality solar solutions for residential, commercial and institutional customers in the southeast. We are an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firm that offers solar PV and solar thermal hot water systems.
We are based just off the Georgia Institute of Technology Campus and were founded in December of 2007.

James Marlow, CEO and Founder
Marlow has 25 years high tech sales and marketing experience with Computerland, Lotus Development, IBM, and Yahoo. He is the founder of Internet startup, Anything Southern.com and was a candidate for United States Congress in the 10th District of Georgia. Georgia Southern.
Jamie Porges, COO and Founder
Porges founded Riverview Properties, a real-estate investment and contracting business specializing in high-end single family homes. He also spent 13 years at Turner Broadcasting successfully creating, managing and growing non-traditional businesses with an established media company. Emory University.

Rudolph is an entrepreneur and consultant focused on traditional and new media ventures. He is based in Atlanta, GA. Previously, Rudolph was Senior Vice President, Strategy & New Products for Turner Broadcasting. GA Tech.

Rand Knight, Founder and Advisor
Rand Knight has 20 years experience in ecosystems' research, environmental policy, quatitative modeling, renewable energy technology and spacial data solutions. Rand has a doctorate in ecosystems ecology from the University of Washington and has been a strategic manager, executive and front line customer interface responsible for professional services sales to Global 2000 companies. Rand recently won Georgia Trend magazine's 2009 "Forty Under 40 Award," and currently serves as Director of Sales at QL2, as well as a Member of the Executive Committee at the Georgia Chapter of the Sierra Club.
Ron Carpinella, Founder and Advisor
Carpinella has over 16 years of marketing and Internet experience. A veteran of Google, he built its Atlanta and Dallas sales operations into businesses generating an annual run rate of over $200MM in revenue. Ron has also been in leadership positions at other internet visionaries including CMGI, Flycast and Relevant Knowledge. Ron holds and MBA from Duke University and BA from Purdue University.
Tanya Coventry, Founder and Advisor
Coventry has over 17 years of brand marketing experience. A veteran of Turner Broadcasting, she has extensive experience in launching and repositioning strong brands both nationally and internationally. Most recently she was VP of Brand development for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies. Sustainability and social consciousness are her passions. Boston University.
